Strength: Bowlers were the strength of LSG last season as rising sensation Mayank Yadav gave tough times to world-class batters with his speed and accuracy. Plus, the top and middle order batting line-up of the LSG has big names like Rishabh Pant, Nicholas Pooran, and David Miller. Overall, a balanced playing XI will be seen on the ground.
Weakness: Though LSG has a good pace attack, it lacks quality spinners who can choke opponents. Ravi Bishnoi, the team’s leading spinner, was expensive in leaking runs, which will be a cause of concern for the LSG in the league.
