Meanwhile, Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson expressed disappointment, describing the match as a “tough pill to swallow.” Despite their challenging run of games, Hodgson remains confident in his team’s ability to secure victories in the remaining half of the season.
Chelsea has been one of the most inconsistent teams, and even this win was quite hard to come by, but it will give them a positive boost for the future. Currently, Chelsea sits in 10th place with 25 points, but it is still considered their worst situation.
