During the last 8 minutes of the game, Pune started leading the scoreline and returned the favor by inflicting an all-out on UP Yoddhas. Puneri Paltan was 4 points ahead of Yoddhas, and during the final minutes of the game, UP Yoddhas closed the gap to finish the game in a tie with the scoreline ending 29-29. This was the fifth time in the PKL season 11 so far that the match ended in a draw.
