Ian Garry’s Reply To Sean Strickland On “Trash Talk Boundaries” Comment

The MMA community has seen another side of UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland recently as the “Tarzan” went back to his dark, traumatic childhood side while talking at Theo Von’s podcast. He didn’t just share his trauma but also advised the UFC fighters to never use someone’s childhood trauma in trash talks to promote fights, adding further. He also explained what happened between him and Dricus du Plessis that triggered him during the press conference, but Ian Garry didn’t look happy with the champion’s advice and accused him of being hypocritical.

“There’s some things that are off limits. You don’t really talk about a man’s wife, you don’t talk about a man’s kids, and you don’t about a kid being abused. These things are all off limits.”

Sean Strickland from the past few weeks has been targeting Ian Garry for his marriage with Layla-Anna-Lee, who was the author of the much-talked-about book “How to Be a WAG.” The champion also criticized “The Future” for being so childish and not taking the criticism well. Ian Garry has now hit back at Sean Strickland’s comments about trash talk and not bringing anyone’s wife and kid into the conversation, etc., calling the champion the one who has projected his childhood pain on him by bringing his wife’s name.

How the tables have turned. You dish it out in the lowest, most vile manner, but can’t take a pinch. You attacked my wife incessantly and obsessively, calling her a pedophile. It’s clear to see your childhood trauma showing… Don’t ever project your pain onto me and my family again.”
