Alex Pereira And Jamahal Hill Heated Altercation At UFC PI

Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill at UFC 300

Since the reigning UFC light heavyweight champ Alex Pereira knocked out former champ Jamahal Hill at UFC 300, it seemed like the latter hasn’t come out of the shock and kept poking the champ on social media for a rematch. The obsession is such that instead of focusing on his next scheduled fight against the former champ Jiri Prochazka; he tried making a scene during the training hours of Alex Pereira, who was at UFC PI. The champ looked calm, and when “Sweet Dreams” approached him, he raised his hand for a friendly fist bump. The viral video was cut to the part where Alex Pereira threw gloves at Hill for a session to settle their dispute, which Jamahal denied by saying, “Not For Free.”

Alex Pereira’s coach, Plinio Cruz, calmed the situation down as the two fighters were separated. Jamahal Hill and Jiri Prochazka are going to fight in the first PPV event of 2025, and if “Sweet Dreams” manages to win a bout against the former champ, then he can confidently ask for a rematch against the champ. Meanwhile, “Poatan” also wants Jamahal Hill to focus on his next fight so he can talk about the rematch. Posting a message on his social media handle, the champ referred to “Hill” as his son.

Alex Pereira is taking a well-deserved rest after saving 3 fight cards in 2024 and will most likely face Magomed Ankalaev next.
