Khamzat Chimaev’s Emotional Post On Azerbaijan Airlines Plane Crash

The footage of a horrific plane crash in Kazakhstan has shocked the world. In the devastating incident, 38 people lost their lives. The reason behind the crash, as per the media reports, was the fog caused by the aircraft catching fire during its emergency landing at the airport near the city of Aktau. The plane was scheduled to land in Russia, but weather conditions forced the pilot to land during the course, which led to the unfortunate incident.

The MMA community is familiar with the tragic event, and undefeated fighter Khamzat Chimaev shares an emotional post regarding the same, wishing the families and close ones of the deceased patience and power to overcome the loss of their loved ones.

“I express my condolences to the families and friends of the deceased, may Allah give you patience! May the Almighty grant healing to the victims according to His mercy.”

Despite his ruthless fighting spirit in the Octagon, the undefeated Chechen fighter has repeatedly shown how emotional he is. At UFC 294, after winning his fight against former Welterweight champ Kamaru Usman, he urged the world leaders to stop the Israel-Palestine war as children were suffering because of that.

His last performance against Robert Whittaker at UFC 308 put him on the top contenders list for the title, but UFC booked Dricus du Plessis for a rematch against Sean Strickland at UFC 312. So, Khamzat Chimaev has to wait to get his hands on the gold. Now, the undefeated fighter is training lightweight fighter Arman Tsarukyan for his title fight against Islam Makhachev. A video of the two having a sparring session recently went viral, and the Chechen was seen ragdolling Arman on the mat.
