Former UFC Welterweight champion Leon Edwards will return to the Octagon this weekend to fight against the rising welterweight Sean Brady. Leon Edwards lost his crown against Belal Muhammad at UFC 304; the former champion lost a unanimous decision against “Remember The Name.” The “Rocky” will have a real test in front of him as Sean Brady, who lost only once since his UFC debut in 2019, is on a 2 fight win streak, and if he gets past the former champ from the UK, then he will become a worthy contender to get a title fight.
In the preliminary card, Indian fighter Puja Tomar will fight against Irish fighter Shauna Bannon in a strawweight bout. Both fighters won their last fights via split decision and will be looking to increase their win streak at the event.
