Indian MMA star Anshul Jubli, who became the first Indian MMA fighter to secure a win inside the UFC octagon at the Road to UFC fight against Indonesia’s Jeka Saragih, whom he knocked out in the second round, earning him a UFC contract, is now going to make his much-awaited UFC debut at UFC 294 at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on October 21. The Abu Dhabi event will feature a rematch between the current UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev and Charles Oliveira, plus one of the most captivating fights between Khamzat Chimaev and Paulo Costa at middle weight.

Anshul Jubli will be facing Mike Breeden in the lightweight division. Mike Breeden, who suffered losses in his last three fights, will be looking for a comeback in Abu Dhabi, while Anshul, who has a perfect MMA record of 7-0, will try to maintain his undefeated streak in mixed martial arts. Anshul is currently training at Soma fight club in Bali and regularly giving updates on his fight preparation on his Instagram account to his fans. October 21st would be the day when he would have the chance to become the first Indian MMA fighter to secure a victory in the UFC octagon.

Bharat Khandare was the first MMA fighter from India to get into the UFC, but he failed to secure a victory in the Octagon. “King of Lions” can make it big at Abu Dhabi as he always wants to fight in the Octagon with a jampacked crowd. Needless to say, as the fight card has some big names, the crowd will be absolutely crazy to see their favorite fighters in the cage, and that is the biggest opportunity for Anshul to secure a victory and catch people’s attention.
