"I want to fight Takeru" Rodtang Eyeing A Fight Against Takeru Next

The ONE Flyweight Muay Thai Champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon secured a unanimous decision victory against Denis Puric at the ONE 167 Muay Thai bout. It was a spectacle for fight lovers as both fighters gave their all until the last second, Rodtang was declared the winner. Denis Puric showed the power of his hands and chin, and despite getting wobbled in the first round of the fight, he kept pushing forward in the entire kickboxing fight. After securing a unanimous decision, Rodtang looked eager to call out Kickboxing star Takeru Segawa, whom he was supposed to fight at ONE 165, but due to an unfortunate injury, Rodtang pulled out from the fight, and “The Kicking Machine” Superlek replaced him.

After fighting Denis Puric at ONE 167, “The Iron Man” is looking forward to settle a score with Takeru Segawa and said this in his post-fight interview.

“I’m coming back to fight again, I want to fight Takeru. Are you ready, Takeru? Let’s go!”

The champion retained his title after securing a majority decision victory against the challenger. Some exciting announcements happened at the event as the flyweight submission grappling champion Mikey Musumechi is going to fight two weights up from his division in his next grappling match against the lightweight submission grappling champion Kade Routolo, who, in his debut MMA fight, secured a victory at the same event.
