RCB bowler Yash Dayal lands in some legal trouble when a woman from Gaziabad, Delhi-NCR, files an FIR against the bowler over “Sexual Harassment”. Yash Dayal allegedly harassed the woman on the pretext of marriage. However, Yash Dayal denied the allegations and lodged a counter-FIR against the woman in Prayagraj, stating that the woman fraudulently took money from him and also stole his iPhone and laptop. The bowler revealed that he met the woman on Instagram back in 2021 and accused her of stealing and falsely accusing him.
“Borrowing lakhs of rupees under the pretext of medical treatment for herself and her family, promising to repay, but that hasn’t happened to date.
On the other hand a different narrative is coming from the woman who filed the FIR against the young bowler.
He repeatedly made physical relations with me by falsely promising marriage and introduced me to his family, who assured that I would be their daughter-in-law. I maintained the relationship with complete honesty and dedication. “I tried to end my life many times because I couldn’t get out of the mental pain, and he and his family kept giving me false assurances. His relationship with other women caused me deep mental trauma and broke me down,”
Woman said to the Police
An FIR has been registered against the bowler under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which deals with sexual acts on behalf of false or deceitful marriage promises. The offenders will be liable to serve a 10-year prison sentence and pay a fine.
Yash Dayal, filed a counter FIR against the woman and two members of her family, along with several others.
