Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan are blessed with a baby boy.

After the India vs Pakistan match in the Asia Cup 2023 which didn’t get complete due to the incessant rain and both teams were rewarded one point each, Indian ace bowler Jasprit Bumrah went back to India on the next day as Jasprit and his wife Sanjana Ganesan were expecting a baby and they got blessed with a baby boy. Jasprit Bumrah did no delay and shared this joyful news on his Instagram handle with his fans. The couple’s first baby is a boy and they also announced the name of their baby whom they named “Angad”.

Jasprit Bumrah finally made his comeback in the Indian team after his injury which kept him away from playing cricket for a year. His comeback to the team was a major boost to the bowling line-up of the Indian team as the department was looking incomplete without him. Before getting selected in the Asia Cup 2023 squad, he was selected as India’s captain in the T20I series against Ireland where he showed that he still got the skill and the same lethal line to de-settle the opposition batting lineup by picking 2 wickets of the Ireland’s team in the very first over he bowled in his return match. Since then every Indian cricket fan has been waiting to see him bowl in the Asia Cup but that is so far looking bleak as he would be in India to support his family and wife.

India would be looking for an alternate of him as of now for the rest of the matches of the Asia Cup 2023 though India do have pacers like Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj but if Jasprit Bumrah would have been there that would be great for the Indian side as of now there is no official confirmation whether he would come back to Sri Lanka for the matches or not.
