“Shubman Gill has the talent, but he needs maturity”: Kapil Dev

India’s legendary cricketer and former skipper Kapil Dev lauded Shubman Gill’s exceptional performance and praised the youngster for his batting skills. Shubman Gill is in sensational form this year as he already scored centuries in all three international formats (ODI, T20, and Test), plus the way he played in the IPL 2023, scoring three centuries in a single season of the IPL is something that very few players have done in the IPL. The form he is in undoubtedly makes him a subject of talk in the cricket community, and this time former ace all-rounder Kapil Dev showered some words of praise and caution on him. He said.
