Vaibhav Suryavanshi was born in Bihar on March 27, 2011. From a very tender age, his father, Sanjeev Suryavanshi, noticed his passion for the sport and supported his son in his cricket journey. His father sold his land to fund the expenses of Vaibhav’s cricket passion. At the teenage age of just 12 years and 284 days old, he made his family proud by making his debut in the Ranji Trophy 2024 for Bihar. He became the youngest ever to play in the Ranji Trophy since 1986.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has achieved some significant milestones in his career and has been consistent in his domestic and international performances. At 13 years and 269 days, he made his debut in the 2024-25 Vijay Hazare Trophy against Madhya Pradesh, becoming the youngest Indian player to play List-A cricket. In the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup 2024, Vaibhav scored 76 off 46 balls against UAE and then 67 runs from 36 balls against Sri Lanka in the semi-final.
