Arsenal are one of the top teams in the English Premier League. They came close to winning the league last season, but they finished second behind Manchester City. This season, they are still in the race for the title; they are third after 12 games, only one point behind Manchester City.
Arsenal have a good mix of young and experienced players, but they could use some more quality and experience in their squad. That’s why a former Arsenal player, Emmanuel Petit, thinks Arsenal should try to sign two players from Bayern Munich, a German team. The two players are Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka.
Petit said on Compare. I bet Kimmich and Goretzka are fantastic players who have played many big games and know how to win. He said they have been at Bayern Munich for a long time and may want a new challenge. He said that Arsenal should target them if they want to improve their chances of winning the league.
Kimmich and Goretzka have contracts with Bayern Munich until 2025 and 2026, respectively. It might be hard for Arsenal to sign them, but Petit thinks they would be worth it.
It is going to be hard for the Arsenal side to get their hand on both Kimmich and Goretzka because both has been core member of Bayern Munich, but there is a slight chance if Munich wants to fill up young players to replace them.
I know they want to buy young players with room to improve and I can understand that, but I think they need players that know how to win and have experience in big games.
The main two players I would target if I was Arsenal would be Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka. They are both incredible players with huge experience who have both been at Bayern for a while and would maybe like a new challenge,”
