Jadon Sancho will not train with the main team of Manchester United after refusing to apologize to Erik Ten Haq

Erik Ten Haq wants an apology from Jadon Sancho for his statement about him, but Sancho refuses to do that because he feels that he is not wrong.

Jadon Sancho’s feud with Erik ten Hag worsens as he is sidelined from Manchester United’s main team till he apologizes to the Manager. Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been left out of the first-team squad by manager Erik ten Hag after he refused to issue a public apology for his controversial social media post.

The incident happened when Man United winger Sancho was not included in the team against the Arsenal match, which was played on September 3rd, in which Manchester United lost the match by 3-1. When reports asked Ten Haq why he had not included Jadon Sancho in the team or even in the match, the reply the manager was that the player was not up to the mark in training compared to other players, which made Sancho mad, and he said that it is not true because he has been keeping up quite well with the other players and also he has been treated quite differently by the manager.

Sancho also feels that Ten Hag treated him unfairly compared to some of his teammates, who have not faced the same consequences for breaking certain rules. As a result, Sancho has been told to train away from the rest of the first team until he resolves his disciplinary issue with Ten Hag. He is unlikely to feature in United’s next Premier League game against Brighton at Old Trafford on Saturday.

The situation has put John Murtough, the United football director, and Richard Arnold, the club’s chief executive, in a difficult position as they try to mediate between the player and the manager. Sancho joined United from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2021 for €85.00 million but has struggled to live up to his high expectations. He has scored only 12 goals and provided three assists in 82 appearances this season.

Not very long ago, the same incident happened when Ronaldo refused to come on the pitch as the substitute and then gave an explosive interview with Piers Morgan, which led to Ronaldo’s termination from Man United and signing for Al-Nassr.
