Liverpool 2 – 1 Chelsea: Curtis Jones Win It For Liverpool
A closely contested match saw Liverpool gain the better end of the contest with Chelsea. In the close game, both teams gave it all their worth, and the result soon turned decisively in favor of Liverpool, mainly because of the team’s tactics and the quality seen from Liverpool, who were steadfast until the very end. Though there was enough opportunity for both sides to score, Liverpool were much more clinical in front of the goal. It was mistakes by the Chelsea bit sloppy defense that gave away the points, or else it would have been the draw.
