Recently, at ONE Fight Night 16, the ONE championship Muay Thai champion Jonathan Haggerty fought the MMA star of ONE Fabricio Andrade, knocking the MMA star out in the second round of the fight. Since round one of the fight, Andrade and Haggerty went back and forth in the first round, but from the bell of the first round, Haggerty came out guns blazing, and it took a few perfect shots to down Andrade in the second. Since then, there have been speculations that the two combat sports champions would be seen in the MMA due to his post-fight call out to Fabricio Andrade.
After posting a picture on his Instagram account with the ONE Championship featherweight Muay Thai king Tawanchai, the two can be seen holding their gold on their shoulders and telling each other through their eyes that they are the real kings of the Muay Thai. Posting the photo, he captioned it:
Was good to meet you today @tawanchay_pk 👀🤝 @onechampionship”

Before the speculated fight between the two champions, the Thai super star is going to defend his featherweight title against Superbon, the former ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion. There are some potential rematches awaiting fighters like Rodtang, who recently had a brutal and exciting Muay Thai fight with Superlek, where Superlek won the unanimous decision.
