Matrix Fight Night is back with yet another great fight card with Indian Mixed Martial Artists at the center. MFN Bantamweight champion, Chungreng Koren, will be defending his title against Nepal’s Rabindra Dhant. Both fighters have only one loss in their professional career so far, and both are coming into the cage with a win in their last fight. Indian MMA star Angad Bisht is also competing in the card in a flyweight bout against Firdavs Zaripov, a fighter from Tajikistan. Both fighters excel in their ground game, making for a potential technical fight, in which case judges will play a crucial role.
Angad Bisht is coming into this fight with a tough split decision loss in the Road To UFC tournament semi-finals against South Korea’s Dong Hun Choi. The beast from Uttarakhand is hungry to get back to winning ways, as are other Indian fighters. In the co-main event, a tough challenge is presented to MFN Strawweight Sonam Zomba, who will be fighting against undefeated Russian Prospect Anna Safeeva.
