Then he threw beautiful hand combos, but when “The General” tried to throw a one-two, Superlek caught him with a powerful elbow, and that’s all that needed him to put the champion down on the canvas, though Haggerty tried to stand on his feet under the count of eight but his body wasn’t supporting his will as the fight ended within 49 seconds.

Superlek, in the post-fight interview, said that he is ready to defend his newly earned Bantamweight Muay Thai title against any opponent ONE gives him in his next bout. So far, it is not clear whom he will fight next, but after this victory against one of the most decorated martial artists in the ONE, it will not be a cakewalk for the contenders in the line to snatch the gold out of his shoulder anytime soon.
