UFC heavyweight champ Jon Jones will defend his title for the first time in the main event of the UFC 309 against former champ and future hall of famer Stipe Miocic. Though the majority of the MMA community expects that Jon Jones will walk out of the cage as the winner, you never know what could happen once the door of the octagon gets closed.
In the co-main event of UFC 309, Michael Chandler is making his return to the Octagon after remaining out of action for more than 2 years. He will be fighting Charles Oliveira for the second time. The first fight against Charles Oliveira didn’t go his way. Despite dominating Charles in the first round, he lost the fight via second-round knockout. Undefeated middleweight Bo Nickal is also on the main card and will fight Paul Craig.
