The UFC reigning heavyweight champion, Jon Jones, has been facing criticism from the MMA community for avoiding a fight with the interim champ, Tom Aspinall, and two of the UFC veterans and former rivals of the reigning heavyweight champ, Daniel Cormier and Chael Sonnen, are vocal in criticizing the fighter. “DC” and the “American Gangster,” while doing the podcast, shared their opinions on the title unification bout between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall, but that didn’t go well with Jon Jones, who dissed both of the fighters by reminding them that he beat both in the past.

Daniel Cormier finally replied to Jon Jones by posting a video on his YouTube channel. He said that he is earning way more than Jon Jones without competing, and in fact, the biggest cheques Jon Jones got were because of Daniel Cormier.
”Jon Jones don’t make more money than me in a week! He makes more money than me, when he fights! We’re over here eating. The biggest paydays you ever had were directly tied to me! I’m talking about you, and I’m getting paid to talk about you, but I don’t fight no more ’cause all I can really do is talk. That’s what I do.”

The UFC has not provided an update so far about the title unification bout between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall, but it is expected that Jon Jones will fight Tom Aspinall later this year.
