Former lightweight champion, Islam Makhachev, moved up in the weight class to fight for the 170lbs gold when Jack Della Maddalena defeated Belal Muhammad at UFC 315 to become the new Welterweight champion. While talking to reigning UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski about the fight, the New Zealander said this.
