Arsenal are almost on the verge of signing their third player of the summer, as Riccardo Calafiori is close to signing for the club after the fee agreement. The deal was agreed upon for about £42.1m, but after Roma launched a legal challenge against the Arsenal side, they inserted a 50 percent sell-on clause when Basel signed Calafiori.
Arsenal has been looking for a defender since last season but was not able to find last season. This time, before the season started, they launched a big for the Bolong and Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori, who did well in the UEFA Europa League.
