Fairly the co-main event, which would eventually end with someone’s undefeated record getting broken, is more anticipated than the main event as the “0” of the fighters is on the line. Ian Garry(15-0) and Kazakh fighter Shavkat Rakhmonov(18-0) are both impressive with their game plan, and the Irish fighter who accepted the fight on short notice is putting everything on the line to rise in the ranks and becoming the next big name in the Welterweight contenders’ list. Ian Garry vowed to shock everyone at UFC 310 by posting a video on his social media handles.
Everybody’s turning him [Rakhmonov] down. 18-0, 18 finishes. That excites me. That doesn’t scare me, that excites me. Everyone in the world thinks the guy is the boogeyman in the division. I’m gonna go out there Dec. 7 and shock everyone else’s world. Because in my world I’m going to beat him. What excites me about this fight is the fact that no one has solved this puzzle. No one has solved his jigsaw puzzle and no one has solved mine. And both of us are going to go in there and try and solve each other’s puzzles.

Shavkat Rakhmonov was earlier scheduled to fight for the title against the reigning champ Belal Muhammad but the latter’s injury made him pull-out from the bout and Ian Garry stepped-in on short notice. Now, the winner of the co-main event will certainly get the title shot next and fans are excited to see who will end whose hype at UFC 310 will it be spirited Irish fighter Ian Garry or the Boogeyman Shavkat Rakhmonov who will get his hand raised on December 7 only time will tell.
