Cricket Association of Nepal has announced the Nepal Squad for the T20 World 2024 and young batting all-rounder Rohit Paudel will lead the team in the tournament. Exciting right-handed batter Dipendra Singh Airee is also included in the squad, he had an amazing ACC Premier Cup in Oman where he showed that he has the potential to hit big, he hit 6 sixes in an over against Qatar to help his team put a huge total and Nepal defended the total to win the match.
Nepal is in Group D alongside the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Bangladesh. Their first match is against the Netherlands on 4 June, followed by a match against Sri Lanka. It will be exciting to see how the young guns of Nepal perform in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024.
