Mohammed Shami has been out of action since the ICC World Cup 2023, but it was his mental strength that derived him to give his best for the nation in the ODI World Cup, as the bowler played 7 matches for the team despite being injured and finished as the highest wicket taker in the tournament with 24 wickets. As per the bowler’s update, it will take time to fully recover from the surgery, which means he is going to miss the IPL 2024.
