As per the reports, Rohit Sharma was driving his car at 200+ km/h on the Mumbai-Pune expressway. According to the Pune Times Mirror, he was fined three traffic challans for his reckless driving, and the traffic police department also raised concern about him driving at such high speeds on the Mumbai-Pune expressway during busy hours, quoting the World Cup, and advised Rohit Sharma to travel in the team’s bus with a police escort.
