Chelsea And Manchester United Are Ready To Sign The 17-year-old Attacking Midfielder Lorran For €50 million

Lorran is the Brazilian prodigy who has caught the attention of United and Chelsea. Flamengo have a gem in their hands in the form of Lorran, a 17-year-old attacking midfielder with impressive performances this season.

The youngster, who joined Flamengo’s academy at age 10, made history when he scored his first senior goal in his first start for the club, becoming the youngest scorer ever for the Brazilian giants.

Lorran Lucas has been featuring regularly for Flamengo this term, showing his creativity, vision, and flair in the final third. Brazil has also capped him at the Under 16 level, where he has shown his leadership and maturity.

According to Fabrizio Romano, his talent has not gone unnoticed by some of Europe’s top clubs, as Manchester United and Chelsea are said to be keeping tabs on him. The Premier League rivals have both sent scouts to watch Lorran in action and are reportedly impressed by what they have seen. Both clubs have a history of signing Brazilian players, with Chelsea having recently acquired Andrey Santos, Angelo Gabriel, and Deivid Washington from the Brazilian league, while United have Casemiro and Antony in their ranks. However, it is going to take a big heart for Chelsea to go for another young talent for a big amount because they recently spent too much on young players who are not performing well.

Lorran is under contract with Flamengo until 2025 and has a hefty release clause of €50 million (£43m/$53m), which could deter potential suitors. However, he is also represented by ROC Nation Sports, the agency founded by rapper Jay Z, which could help him secure a big move in the future.

Lorran is one of the most exciting prospects in South America and has a bright future ahead of him. United and Chelsea will surely continue to monitor his development and weigh up their options to sign him from Flamengo.
