“Absolutely NOT true” Dana White Shuts Down Jon Jones Next Fight Rumors

UFC heavyweight champ Jon Jones defended his title at UFC 309. Since then, the fans have been waiting to get his next fight. In fact, they wanted him to face the interim heavyweight champ Tom Aspinall instead of Miocic. The talks of getting a crossover fight between UFC heavyweight champ Jon Jones and former UFC and reigning PFL champ Francis Ngannou are being discussed. UFC head honcho Dana White has poured water on the speculations and cleared the air that it ain’t happen despite the Turki Alalshikh, known for making exciting boxing happen in recent years, statements discussing the crossover with Dana White.

”I have on the table two options for Francis. One in MMA and one in boxing, I want to discuss with him. In MMA, you know, all the time my answer is all the time we want to do the biggest [fights]. [Yes. it’s Jon Jones], we need to send Dana White to the moon.”

After Turki Alalshikh’s statements, a user posted the news on social media. Dana White responded quickly in the comment section, denying the rumors of the crossover fight while revealing that Jon Jones will face Tom Aspinall next.

Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall are both training hard, and the much-anticipated fight will come to fruition next year. There has been a lot of back-and-forth between these two fighters, and fans are also excited to see whether Jon Jones will pass through the challenge or end up losing his belt next year. Meanwhile, Francis Ngannou’s coach, Erik Nicksick, is also interested in getting Jon Jones vs. Francis Ngannou done and wants Dana White to leave aside the old rivalry and sour relationship with Francis Ngannou.
