“I’m going to submit him” Kade Ruotolo Vows To Submit Tommy Langaker At ONE 165
ONE 165 co-main event is going to be a grappling match between the ONE lightweight submission grappling champion Kade Ruotolo and Norway’s Tommy Langaker. The 20 year old submission grappling champion Kade Ruotolo before the rematch on January 28th, 2024 has vowed to finish the business with Tommy Langaker by making the latter quit in the rematch going to happen on 28th January at the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan. In their last grappling match back in June 2023 the American submission grappler has won a close contest against the Norwegian to retain his belt though Ruotolo retained his belt he wasn’t satisfied from the way he defended the title.
“I got the win. However, it wasn’t the way I wanted to win. You know, I would definitely want to get the finish. And that’s pretty much the reason why I’m accepting the rematch this time around because I want to submit him.”
Kade Ruotolo said
Kade Ruotolo with a finishing rate of 52% has remained undefeated with four straight wins in the ONE roster and this time he trained even harder than the last time to get the finish as according to him he didn’t go that hard last time when he fought Tommy Langaker.
I’m never one to make any excuses, but my last camp was just, you know, nowhere near where I wanted it to be as far as my preparation, due to some outside reasons And this time around, I’ve been a lot more focused, I’ve been a lot more hungry, and it’s going to show.”
