ONE Fight Night 17: Fight Cards

Roman Kryklia is looking forward to becoming the two-sport ONE Champion, as the ONE Championship booked an all-Muay-Thai card this December. Kryklia is currently the reigning light heavyweight ONE Kickboxing champion. The Ukrainian is a force to be reckoned with as he has dominated the division and would be looking to become the inaugural ONE Heavyweight Muay Thai Champion. He would be seen against the Australian Muay Thai phenome, Alex Roberts, who is readying himself to establish his dominance in the heavyweight division.

What makes this matchup more interesting is that the Australian Muay Thai champion Alex Roberts has recently been crowned the WCB Heavyweight Muay Thai champion, and seeing him in his debut fight at ONE against the undefeated Ukrainian giant Roman Kryklia, it couldn’t be better to test the ability of the Australian fighter. There are some amazing Muay Thai fights, apart from the heavyweight one, that also feature the fight card. Top-ranked bantamweight Muay Thai contenders Felipe Lobo and Saemapetch Fairtex are also part of the card.

17-year-old Malaysian-American prodigy Johan Ghazali is going to fight Edgar Tabares in the flyweight division. The Mexican Muay Thai star didn’t get the start in the one he was looking for and lost both of his fights by knockouts. As a 17-year-old, he was riding on a win horse as the teenager inflicted a knockout on three of his last four opponents, showing his sensational striking technique. Surely he is going to be a clear favourite going into this fight, but understimating his opponent Edgar Tabares would be a mistake, which he doesn’t want to do.
