India’s own MMA promotion, Matrix Fight Night, has recently concluded its 13th premium fight night bout. Founded in 2019, it was the brainchild of Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, his mother Ayesha Shroff, and his sister Krishna Shroff. The Indian MMA promotion has given the Indian MMA fighters the opportunity to make their name among the MMA fans. The promotion also includes fighters from other countries as well, such as Russia, Kyrgyzstan, South Korea, Afghanistan, etc. During MFN 13, Arunachal Pradesh’s MMA fighter Sonam Zomba claimed the MFN strawweight title.
Sonam Zomba fought Rashmi Jain for the strawweight title Both fighters started well with checking kicks and analyzing each other while keeping the distance, but within a few moments both started throwing punches and kicks with Sonam dominating the fight, and it was at the 2 minutes of Round 1 that she threw a nice close punch that hurt Rashmi in the eye, and Refree ended the fight, naming Sonam Zomba as the winner. Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prema Khandu congratulated the fighter from his state for her knockout victory over Rashmi Jain.

Sonam Zomba is still undefeated in the Matrix Fight Night and with each fight she is improving her game on the feet and that’s what we saw at the MFN 13.
