Former UFC middleweight champ Israel Adesanya will fight Nassourdine Imavov in the main event of the UFC Saudi Arabia card. Israel Adesanya, who is on a two-fight losing streak for the first time in his UFC career, will share the Octagon with Nassourdine Imavov, who will enter the Octagon after three straight wins. A win means a lot for both fighters as Israel Adesanya would try to get back to winning ways to get a shot to the title again, whereas Nassourdine Imavov wanted to get his biggest win so far in his UFC career as a win against former champ would increase his chances to get in line to the middleweight title contenders’ list.
In the co-main event, undefeated middleweight Sharabutdin Magomedov will take on Michael Venom Page. A highlight reel knockout of the “Bullet” at UFC 308 made him a great match-up for one of the most unorthodox fighters in the UFC, MVP who has 1-1 in the UFC, lost his last fight against Ian Garry. Both fighters have killer instincts. It will be exciting to see whether “Brit” catches him first or Bullet finds his rhythm to penetrate the venom.
