“Don’t Find Faults In Others” Danish Kaneria Slammed PCB For Lodging complaints To The ICC

Danish Kaneria on PCB

After Pakistan’s defeat in the 2023 World Cup against India, Pakistan’s management kept complaining about the crowd’s behavior during the India-Pakistan match, as the viral videos showed that the crowd passed some religion-centric chant when Mohammad Rizwan was making his way back to the dressing room after getting out, in fact during the post-match press conference. Pakistan’s team coach, Mickey Arthur, called the match a “BCCI event” and not a World Cup match because of the insufficient number of Pakistani fans in the stadium. Now, Pakistan’s Cricket Board has complained to the ICC specifically about the crowd’s behavior during the match.

After PCB’s step to involve the ICC in this issue, former Pakistan’s spinner Danish Kaneria slammed PCB for doing so and even showed them the mirror to look themselves first, then complain. Sharing his views, Danish Kaneria posted this on his X account.

Pakistan Cricket Board also raised questions about the lack of visas provided to Pakistan’s journalists by India. Danish Kaneria was on point to show PCB’s the mirror by questioning the conduct of Pakistan’s players and journalists, as earlier Pakistani journalist Zainab Abbas’s tweets went viral, which were directly targeted towards Hinduism and their beliefs, and that’s why she got heavily criticized by the Indian fans, and that was suspected to be the reason for her sudden return to Pakistan.

Pakistan’s team will be facing Australia next on October 20th at Bengaluru’s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Both teams will be looking to increase their points lead in the tournament.
