Tanuj, a student from a college in Royal Palms had testing positive for the coronavirus and was immediately admitted to a hospital. Time was of the essence and he was quickly transported to another hospital nearby only for the staff to urge them to take him even further to Bengaluru, as he had difficulty breathing on his own; hence a ventilator assistance became imperative. On being informed by his brother that Tanuj hadn’t been vaccinated against COVID-19, the college administration stepped forward and extended considerable financial assistance to his parents as they braved through two long days of wait before Tanuj unfortunately passed away due to cardiac arrest, which became an accepted cause of death.
