UFC has returned to UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada for UFC Vegas 89. The event will be headlined by the two-time strawweight champion Rose Namajunas, who will take on veteran Amanda Ribas in a flyweight bout. Rose Namajunas has lost her last two fights, and this time, she will be looking forward to registering her first victory in the 125lbs division on March 23rd. At UFC Vegas 89, emerging prospects like Mohammed Usman and Mick Parkin will be seen. The latter is undefeated so far in his professional career, and it would be a spectacle to see whether he remains undefeated on fight night or gets his first loss in the heavyweight division.
In the preliminary card, Steven Nguyen will be seen taking on Jarno Errens; the former is carrying a lot of hype behind him with his impressive win on Dana White’s Contender series, and “The Ninja” is going to debut in the UFC in a featherweight bout. UFC Vegas 89 will be live on March 23 according to the US time zone, and due to the time difference in India, it will be live in the early hours of March 24.
