“I do believe in free speech” Dana White Advocates “To Protect Free Speech”

UFC CEO, Dana white, ridiculed Bryce Mitchell for the latter’s remarks on Adolf H*tler, whom the featherweight called a good guy despite knowing that he was the brain behind the Jews Holocaust. Bryce Mitchell in the first video he uploaded on his podcast show ‘ArkanSanity’, called H*tler a good guy and denied the holocaust which made people go furious on social media, Dana White called the featherweight a “moron”, but denied any form of punishments from the UFC side as the fighter has the right to speak his mind and he is allowed to speak whatever he wants to no matter how worse it could be.

In a recent appearance on Piers Morgan uncensored, Dana White reiterated his words on “free speech.”

“What he said was disgusting. You have to be an absolute moron to think that Adolf H*lter was a good guy. And you look at World War II and how many people were killed, how many civilians were killed because of Adolf H*lter. The fact that he tried to annihilate an entire group of people is disgusting for anybody to speak remotely good about H*tler, but I do believe in free speech.”

Dana White said

Dana White elaborated on why he thinks “free speech” needs to be protected anyway by saying that labeling some statements as “Hate speech” is in no one’s hands.

Even though I don’t like what he said and even though what he said makes me sick, free speech is real. It lives and exists and we have to protect free speech. I think probably the most important free speech to protect is hate speech because when a government or a certain person can come out and determine and say this is hate speech, it’s a very slippery slope and it’s dangerous.”

He added

Bryce Mitchell later apologized for his remarks on social media.
